Folding paper by hand is time-consuming and often tedious. However, there are machines available that can take care of this essential task for you. They're called paper folders and they make it possible for you to fold hundreds of documents per hour.

One of the best ways to make your documents stand out is by binding them with coils. Coil binding (sometimes referred to as spiral binding) is easy when you have the right machine, such as the Akiles iCoil 41. Here's how you use this device:

• First, punch your covers and document with the iCoil 41's vertical punching mechanism. Adjust the side margin control if necessary. This machine can punch up to 15 sheets at a time.
